Lead by the bishop it is the Clergy's task to maintain reilgious values in the Duchy.
Every county or village may appoint a local priest and those will vote for the bishop. If noone is elected this way the High Council may appoint one of the priests to become the bishop. As a member of the High Council the bishop is expected to make sure the clergy's interests are represented.
