By the time you recieve this document your landclaims have been made and all the rights declared by the Council are in action for you.
In the later hours of today a Council official will visit your settlement to declare an area in which you may mine if you so desire.
You may start mining in the close proximity of your settlement, if you require additional mining rights this will be discussed this evening.
